We recognize that everything we accomplish, God does for us, and we believe God does things for us when we ask Him to. Our staff gathers for prayer every day at 11:45 a.m. to remind us of our dependence on God and to bring our thanks and requests before Him. Your prayers are also essential to our effectiveness! Here are some ideas for creative ways to pray for EGC:

Use Inside EGC as a prayer guide every month. Pray for the ministries and staff that are listed. Pray for specific prayer requests that are given in each issue.

Read the metro section of The Boston Globe or The Boston Herald and pray for the city as God leads you. Often the news reported in the media is directly affecting someone we know or one of the many urban churches we work with.
