The Vitality Project

OverviewGUMNetStaff

Overview

The Vitality Project is moving toward three basic and interrelated objectives related to nurturing the long-term growth of Christianity in our region and, more specifically, to helping prepare churches for the coming revival:

  1. Growing in Understanding: To grow in our understanding of, and ability to teach and communicate, how the Kingdom of God works and is working around us so that we can operate in tune with what God is doing in our midst.
  2. Growing in Love and Unity: To develop and nurture relationships that empower unity and allow Christians to work together for the Kingdom across various differences (e.g., denomination, race, calling, geography).
  3. Growing in Prayer: To encourage leaders to grow in prayer in preparation for what God will do.

Major activities related to these three areas include:

  • Developing a website related to the book and curriculum that can enable learning in many venues.
  • Developing materials using various forms of media related to what we are learning.
  • Developing and coordinating classes to train leaders to prepare for revival.

Growing in Love and Unity: To develop and nurture relationships that empower unity and allow Christians to work together for the Kingdom across various differences
